Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still be seen if my doctor is unavailable?
We will schedule an appointment for you with one of the other doctors in the practise if your family doctor is unavailable or if you have a pressing issue that has to be addressed right away. You might have to go to a different office because of this. Your appointment will be scheduled with your own doctor if your concern is not urgent.
Is my health card required for appointments?
Yes. When you arrive, please present your OHIP card to the receptionist. Please let the front desk staff know if your home or phone number has changed. Before your card expires, make plans to get a new one. Check your card's expiration date.
How do I make a payment for services that OHIP does not cover?
We advocate paying for individual services as they are rendered. If you receive an invoice by email, you can pay it online or over the phone at our office. Additionally, payments may be made in person with a credit card, debit card, cash, or cheque.
